Kilroy guided Elbit Systems of Haifa, Israel through the CAA of Israel certification of the world’s first type certificated UAS (TC IA362) for their Hermes 900-C, an unmanned, 1600 KG, fixed wing agricultural surveillance aircraft with a 24+ hour endurance at a service ceiling of 25,000 feet.
